Sunny View Property - Looking Southeast
During the fall of 2008, I had the opportunity to purchase an incredible property off Hooker road in Sequim. This 4.29 acre site has a pond and two tiny streams, and sits in a wonderful park-like development.
During 2009, the house plans were completed, and we began construction. Move-in is Spring of 2010.
Please excuse its informal nature – I’ll try to be accurate, but it may not always be pretty.
